ClustrixDB v7.5 is a minor release that includes improvements to performance and stability of ClustrixDB. In addition, v7.5 provides multiple durability options, improves how storage is pre-allocated, and numerous bugfixes and enhancements. Improved Performance and Scalability
Scalability and performance improvements, especially for larger cluster sizes
Improved performance for workloads with high concurrency
Faster DDL performance for online schema changes
- Performance improvements to allow queries to leverage more cores for processing
- Performance improvements for queries that use count(*), INSERT INTO... SELECT FROM... ON DUPLICATE KEY
- Added Durability Options for increased performance with lower latency on non-critical workloads
Improvements to how File System and Database Capacity are managed:
Database storage is now pre-allocated at cluster formation
Database temporary space is now pre-allocated at database start
- New and redesigned Clustrix GUI (beta)
